Sunday Morning Schedule
| 10:00 | Teens fill food bags for the Machias Area Food Pantry. |
| 10:20 | Nursery care begins. |
| 10:30 | Worship begins: Children and teenagers with their families for the opening hymn, Lord's Prayer, children's parable, prayer and Chancel Choir or Bell Choir Anthem. Children as Acolytes. |
| 10:45 | Church school classes in the church vestry Children's offering received at the beginning of classes. |
| 11:15 | 1st Sunday of the month, Children and teens return to worship to receive Communion |
| 11:30 | Juice and Coffee Fellowship for all. |

Nursery: Available each Sunday, Birth to three years old.
Church School Classes:
- Nursery

Children's offering and prayers are held in the classes with the teachers.
Curriculum: Spirit of the Seasons Following the church calendar and holiday seasons this curriculum explores the meaning and message of Bible stories with an emphasis on the arts, singing and drama.
Goals: The Board of Christian Education welcomes all children to our Sunday School program. Our goal is to provide the children an opportunity to learn about and explore with others:
- God the Creator, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit,
- Bible stories and the drama of God's Spirit with us
- The joys and challenges of living a Christian life
Acolytes
Children in 3rd grade and older are invited to become an acolyte with the Deacons providing training a few times a year.
Scripture Reading
Teenagers practice reading scripture and may sign-up to read scripture during the year. Some students enjoy reading the scripture passages in Spanish.

Cherub Choir is for any child who would like to sing with others in some of our worship services. Chris Guy directs this group. All rehearsals directly follow the worship service, approximately 11:30 a.m. on Sundays. On performance Sundays, all choir members should be in robes and ready for vocal warm-ups in the Sanctuary by 10:00 a.m.
Christmas Pageant with children, families, teens, chancel choir, bell choir, Sunday, December 16, 2007.
The Rock Musical will be performed Nov. 11. We need young folks–grade one and up–singers and actors. The 2007 musical: Malice in the Palace: The Story of Esther.

Children and Teen Library
Our library collection of over 400 books is located in the church vestry.

From October through March once a month on a Friday evening families with children of all ages and families without children come together for supper, games, prayers and group activities.
